We have added some new Trigger, Logic and Action items to our automations.

Today's release is about your dashboard and notification alerts for incoming customer messages and repairs.

When a new message comes into your dashboard and you have notifications set up to receive alerts, you will now get a message preview (text) and a click through link in email directly to the customer profile.

Automations

While Automations themselves aren't brand new, we do have some cool new Automation features to share with you.  Automations allow you to create custom workflows within your BodyShop Booster platform.

We have added some User Interface improvements, making creating and managing your Automations a little easier (zoom, icons and colors.)  We have also added Working Hours and Flow Status to the Logic section and Change Repair Status to Actions.
