Notifications for MSO level

CRM users can customize and receive notifications for entities beyond those directly attached to them, provided they have the necessary visibility permissions.

This is a geat way to

  • Expanded Notification Settings to see all your shops: You can now set notifications for entities that you have visibility permissions for, even if they are not directly assigned to you.
  • Increased Flexibility: This option allows for greater customization and ensures you stay informed about critical updates across various entities.

  1. Step by Step
    1. Log in as a CRM user
    2. Click on the drop down next to your profile and select ‘Notifications’ option.
    3. The system will open a side panel, where you can select a MSO or a site for which the user has visibility permission.

  1. After selecting a MSO or Site, the CRM user is able to set the Notification settings.
