Notifications for MSO level
CRM users can customize and receive notifications for entities beyond those directly attached to them, provided they have the necessary visibility permissions.

- Expanded Notification Settings to see all your shops: You can now set notifications for entities that you have visibility permissions for, even if they are not directly assigned to you.
- Increased Flexibility: This option allows for greater customization and ensures you stay informed about critical updates across various entities.
- Step by Step
- Log in as a CRM user
- Click on the drop down next to your profile and select ‘Notifications’ option.
- The system will open a side panel, where you can select a MSO or a site for which the user has visibility permission.
- After selecting a MSO or Site, the CRM user is able to set the Notification settings.
