Adding Repair Tags for Additional Services


Repair tags enable us to efficiently filter services and promptly notify our staff when members decide to purchase additional services. By using repair tags, we can categorize and prioritize the various services that our members require, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner. This not only streamlines our operations but also enhances our ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

  1. Access Your Admin Profile

    • Navigate to your admin profile to begin the process.

    • Ensure your additional services are set up under your modules and additional services.

      Check Existing Additional Services


    • Look for existing services like ‘car wash’ and ‘detailing’ to confirm their presence.

      Add Repair Tags to Services


    • Within the additional services, you'll find that you have the convenient option to incorporate repair tags into the record. This feature adds a valuable layer of functionality to the system, allowing you to easily identify and categorize items that require maintenance or fixing.

Create a New Repair Tag


    • If you have an MSO level, you should navigate to the ‘Tags’ section and then proceed to the ‘Repair Tags’ option. Once there, you can easily add a new repair tag to the existing list of tags. This will help in organizing and categorizing the repair tags for better management and streamlined workflow.

      Configure the Repair Tag


    • First and foremost, it's important to name the tag, for example, using a descriptive name such as 'detail'. This helps in creating a clear and organized structure for the content. Once the tag has been named, the next step is to assign a color to it, for instance, a vibrant shade like green. By associating a specific color with the tag, it becomes visually distinctive and can easily stand out within the overall design.

Using Tags when sending a FLOW


    • When using a flow to send a customer an estimate, it's important to consider the possibility of including additional services. This can be particularly beneficial if there are supplementary offerings that complement the original service being estimated. By doing so, you can provide the customer with a comprehensive overview of the options available, allowing them to make a more informed decision based on their specific needs and preferences.

    • Firstly, you should navigate to FLOWS and locate the "Send Estimate" option. Once you have found it, proceed to modify and set up the modules according to your preferences. In this section, you will have the ability to conveniently place extra services by simply dragging and dropping them into the desired locations.



    • Utilize the drop-down button to choose the additional services that you wish to include. This will enable you to seamlessly add your desired tags, ensuring that the estimate is comprehensive and tailored to your specific requirements.
