Identifying and Managing 'Needs Attention' Records
Records flagged as Needs Attention can originate from any of the following sources:
1. Assignments
- Any email assignment that is not categorized as New, Change, Cancel (e.g., EFT notices, general communication updates, etc.).
- Assignments with customer details that do not match any existing records in Booster.
2. Phone Booster Ai calls
Some 3rd-party repair requests may appear here if they lack the correct information for AI processing. PLEASE NOTE this is a new feature we are rolling out to customer this week- you may experience a delay until this has been updated Feb 12th, 2025
Matches can be made using any of the following details provided by the caller:
- Phone number
- Claim number
- RO number
- Last 8 digits of the VIN
- Hang-up calls that occur before the caller provides a valid number.
3. Entegral - EMS Updates
- Updates that do not match the existing customer’s repair details, such as discrepancies in email or phone number.
- Entegral records missing phone or email information. (typically Fleet work)
- Records with a Company Name (currently, company names cannot be transferred into Booster).
Action Steps
After identifying the type of Needs Attention record, follow these steps:
- Move the record into the correct customer profile if details match.
- Create a new customer profile if no match is found.
- Ignore the record if it is irrelevant or invalid.
- Use the Ignore All function if multiple irrelevant records are present.
To move to repair. To assign it, just click the Move to Repair button and either select the appropriate customer and then the appropriate repair record if needed.
You can also create a new customer from here and then follow the steps to MOve the repair record above
To Ignore or Ignore All. To ignore ione record you simply just click the Ignore button.
To ignore all, click the RED Ignore All button in the lower left corner and this will remove (ignore) all records.
