There are three ways these can get in here.
1 - If our Phone Booster AI cannot ID the message to a customer.
2 - Our DRP Assignment process receives an email that is NOT a New Assignment.
3 - A record from Entegral is missing key information and the system cannot ID the update to a customer.
There are essentially two actions you can take
1 - Move to repair. To assign it, just click the Move to Repair button and either select the appropriate customer and then the appropriate repair recird if needed.
You can also create a new customer from here and then follow the steps to MOve the repair record above
2 - Ignore or Ignore All. To ignore ione record you simply just click the Ignore button.
To ignore all, click the RED Ignore All button in the lower left corner and this will remove (ignore) all records.
