Quick Surveys: Streamline Your Feedback Process

Quick surveys are an efficient way to gather feedback on your repair process. To use this feature, follow the steps below to update and send surveys to your customers.

Updating Quick Survey Details

  1. Navigate to Admin > Modules > Quick Survey.
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit.
  3. Update any of the following details:
    • Name:
    • Description
    • External Review Link page: The page customers are directed to after completing the survey.
    • Stars required to redirect: Set the star rating needed for a redirect.

You can also customize the message sent to customers:

  1. Click Edit Quick Survey Page in the Quick Survey module.
  2. Add, edit, or remove information in the Body of the survey.
  3. Update the questions or revise the feedback wording as needed.

Sending Surveys

  • Automation: Send surveys automatically using a link. No PIN is required for the customer to complete the survey. This works great when setting up as a survey request within your post repair marketing automation. 
  • Modules: Send surveys manually through the module function from within the customer panel. Please note: The customer must enter their PIN to complete the survey.

Viewing Survey Results

The results of the survey will show up in the communication channel of the customer profile. You can also find the Stars within the estimate record.
