Calendars - color coding

To add a color to a new Calendar Appointment from within a customer repair record

  • Click on a repair record.
  • Click on Bookings Icon → Add Bookings → Select a calendar by clicking on the Dropdown → Click on the date to add the booking →Click on Select Date → Select on the desired time slot → Provide description (if necessary) → Select an event color → Click on Save.

The chosen color will be the displayed color for that booking appointment.


To edit the existing booking

  • Click on Bookings → Click on the booking that needs to be edited → Reschedule Appointment → Click on the date to add the booking →Click on Select Date → Select on the desired time slot → Provide description (if necessary) → Select an event color → Click on Save

The chosen color will be the displayed color for that booking appointment.


Creating a new appointment from the CRM Calendar view

  • Click on Calendar mode → Click on Individual → Select a calendar → Click on ‘+New’ on the date the booking is to be added → Provide the necessary details → Select a color → Click on Save.

The chosen color will be the displayed color for that booking appointment.

  • To edit the existing booking Click on Calendar mode → Click on Individual → Select a calendar → Click on the booking → Click on Edit → Make changes on the side bar → Click Save

Your Individual and Group calendars will now show the color coding when viewing.
