Flows
Within your BodyShop Booster account, you can create a Workflow to streamline the sales process and lighten your CSR’s workload. This feature allows you to send modules either alone or bundle multiple modules into a single, cohesive Flow for the customer. You can also manage the messaging for the Flow outside of the defaults.
Examples of Workflow options:
- Sending the Estimate along with an E-sign Form.
- Sending the Estimate with a Sales video and an E-sign Form.
- Bundle the Estimate, Sales video, E-sign Form, Additional Services, and give the customer the option to book on your repair calendar.
This flexibility allows you to include as many or as few steps as needed to create a seamless, efficient process for both your team and the customer.
