Flows


You can create a Workflow within your BodyShop Booster account to expedite the sales process and streamline your CSR's workload.

This process enables you to consolidate actions or steps that you want the customer to take into one cohesive Flow, rather than sending them individually.

Here are some examples:

  • Sending the Estimate along with an E-sign form
  • Sending the Estimate along with a sales video and an E-sign form
  • Sending the Estimate along with a sales video, and an E-sign form, adding Additional services, and allowing them to book on your repair calendar.

You have the flexibility to bundle as few or as many actions as you desire.

Example of an Estimate Sales Flow:

Add Flow

Flow Title: Your Estimate details

SMS message: Hi #First Name, please use the link below to review and approve your estimate.

Subject: Estimate for your approval.

Message:

Configure the flow:

Drag the modules you want into the Flow Builder

Send Video: ALL Brands*

Send Estimate: The system will choose the current estimate to send

Send E-Sign Form: Default E-Sign Form*

Save


You can choose to add any video you have uploaded, or feel free to pick one of our Sales videos from the list provided.

You can choose any E-Sign form (if you have created some); otherwise, the default will be the only one available.
