Sending Damage Assessment Tool, Document Wallet and PIN Reset

In this lesson, we will cover how you can send your customers to the Damage Assessment Tool, their individual Document Wallet, and a pin reset for their Document Wallet (in case they forget!)


Here are the step-by-step instructions:


1. Click on the Customer.

Click on the Customer.

2. Click on the Repair Record.

Click on the Repair Record.

3. Click on the modules icon.

Click on the modules icon.

4. Under the first tab tab find, "Damage assessment tool," and click.

5. A preview of the message will be shown, just click send.

6. The message will show in the history above.

7. To send the Document Wallet or the PIN Reset, Click on the modules icon.

8. Click on the More tab.

9. Click on Send Doc Wallet Link or PIN Reset to send one or the other.

10. Once again a preview of the message will be shown. Just click on send and the message will show in the history.
