Sending Estimates (manually and through a Flow)
You can send an estimate to a customer either manually or through an automated Flow.
To send it manually, simply attach it to your communcation (email or text) or email it out through the files section.
However, for a better experience for both the shop and the customer we advise sending estimates out through a FLOW.
Using a Flow is ideal when you want not only to send the estimate but also to:
- Enhance the estimate with a sales video
- Collect customer approval with a signature through a e-Sign form
- Offer upsell items
- Have clients book directly on your estimate calendar

To streamline this process, we’ve already set up a Sales Flow (Send Estimate) in your Admin section. You can access and customize it to fit your needs, making it a powerful tool for managing estimates and enhancing customer interaction.
