Adding estimates to an existing customer through Files
To attach an estimate to an existing customer profile for future reference or documentation, you can do this easily through the Files section within the customer profile.
Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Navigate to CRM.
- Open the relevant repair record.
- Click on the Files menu (clipboard icon in the top right).
- Select Estimate File.
- Click the +Add button.
- Attach the Estimate PDF.
- Click Upload.
The estimate is now saved and accessible in the customer profile for future reference.
