AI Experts

AI assistants are set to help customers/users using predefined AI prompts and knowledge files.


First you need to add an Ai Expert knowledge file to your MSO or Site.

To Add Knowledge File

  • Click on Add Knowledge Files
  • Provide Knowledge File Name
  • Provide Description
  • Configure content in the editor or Upload File
  • Enable/ Disable from sites (if shop specific )
  • Click on Save

To Edit Knowledge File

Click on Pencil Edit Icon → Admin can edit the following:

    • Ai Expert Name
    • Description
    • Upload any file
    • Enable/ Disable Hide from your shops (sites)
    • Site Specific information (information specific to sites)
    • Click Save

To disable Knowledge File

  • Click on Disable
  • Cick Yes

Now you can set up the Ai expert for that knowledge file to be available within your shops.

How to set up AI Experts

To Add Ai Experts

  • Click on Add AI Experts
  • Click Yes on confirmation message
  • Provide AI Expert Name
  • Drag and Drop the display picture or choose one provided for you.
  • Provide description
  • Select Knowledge Files
  • Provide instructions
  • Provide site-specific information
  • Click Add.

To Edit AI Expert

Click on Edit → Admin can edit the following:

    • AI Expert Name
    • Drag and Drop the display picture 
    • Description
    • Select Knowledge Files 
    • Instructions 
    • Provide site-specific information 
    • Click Add.

To disable AI Expert

  • Click on Disable
  • Cick Yes

Now to use the Ai Expert within the shops.

You can either serach by the AI icon up next to the Calendar Icon. Just click into the Ai and choose the knowledge files you want to search. Ask your question in the chat provided.


Alternatively, while in the customer profile, you ca also ask the Ai Expert a question by usinginternal notes. Simply use the @ function, scrolling down to the Knowledge file name (they are considered a staff user) and then asking the question from within the messaging portal of that customer record. This will only be vidsible to you and your staff, not the customer.
