Ways to Update the Insurance Field for a Customer Repair Record:

  1. Automatic Update via DRP Integration

    When using our DRP integration, the insurance field will be automatically updated within your customer's repair record.

  2. Manual Selection from the Existing List

    You can manually select an insurance company from the current list to add to your repair record. A type-ahead search feature is available to help you quickly find the desired insurer.

  3. Manual Entry of a New Insurance Company

    If the insurance company is not on the existing list, you can manually enter it. Note that this manual entry will only update the insurance field for the specific repair record and will not add the insurer to the list of available options.
