Finding Photos & Media Files for a Customer
This lesson will take you through where you can access your media: images, voicemails, videos, estimates, attachments, and files.
You can also now rename your media files from within the Files section of a repair record.
From the Files Icon of a customer profile, click on the media tab, then the 3 dots to the right of the picture and select rename.
Simply change the name and hit save.
Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Click on the customer record.
2. Click on the repair record.
3. Click on Files icon in the top right corner.
4. This will show Media, Estimates and eSign Forms.
3. All of the files, photos, etc that are attached to this record will appear under Media.
4. You can select files to share or download by clicking SELECT MEDIA.
5. Mark the files, or click Select All, and click the SHARE icon.
6. Type who you want to share via email, and click SEND.
7. You can also download any of these files by clicking the DOWNLOAD icon.
8. To view any file, just click on it and it will open.
9. For example, when I opened this photo, I am able to see the details much better.
10. To close, just click the X.
11. To view where a file is click on the NAVIGATE button. This will bring you back to where it is located in the customer's history.
