Finding Photos & Media Files for a Customer
In BodyShop Booster CRM, you can easily access various types of media such as images, voicemails, videos, estimates, attachments, and files. Here's how:
- Log into the CRM
Open BodyShop Booster CRM and log in with your credentials.
Go to the Customer Profile
- Navigate to the Customer List or use the search bar to find the specific customer.
Click on the customer's profile to open their details.
Access the Media Section
- Within the customer profile, look for the Files Icon (Top right corner)
- Here, you’ll find categorized options such as:
- Media: including images, video, audio and documents.
- Estimate Files: Current and past
- E-Sign Forms: Signed and unsigned
Activity logs: System activity logs of the repair record
View or Download Media
- Click on the specific file or media you want to access.
- Depending on the type of media, you can:
- Preview it directly in the CRM by clicking on the image. Within the preview there are several options to re-format the image.
- If you click the 3 dots to the right of the image you can also
- Locate it in the cimmunication panel
- Share it with the customer or team members as needed via emai
- Download it to your device.
- Rename the image or file
- Hide from Partners (if applicable)
- Delete
Upload New Media (Optional)
- If you need to add new media, look for an Upload button in the same section.
- Select the file from your device and upload it to the customer’s profile.
