Transfering records across sites

You can now transfer customer records across sites within MSO accounts.

Here is a step to steo walk through

From within your customer record

Click on the Repair record.

Click on Transfer Job

Choose the Site to transfer to from the drop down

Include your message ( you can also @users in this message)

Click Transfer

Agree to the confirmation message

Voila- Record has been transferred!!
