Uploading, Sending & Selling Estimates

There are a few ways you can upload and send an estimate.

First, you need to have the estimate within your repair record.

You can upload an estimate into a customer profile in 2 different ways

  1. Uploading an estimate to create the Customer profile while also adding a repair record. This works great for walk-in customers, as they will most likely not be in BodyShop Booster yet.  Simply save your estimate as a PDF and drag and drop it into BSB. You can then share the estimate with the customer via options 2-4 below.
  2. Uploading an estimate into an existing profile via the Files section of the repair. Once the repair is created you can then email it from the Estimate Files panel. This works well for returning customers that are already in BodyShop Booster, or when you need to email the estimate to a third party. You can email this to any email address and it does not send the customer to their document wallet.
  3. Sending an estimate for approval. This is a great tool to use when you want to collect an approval/signature for the estimate. You can choose to send the E-Sign form(s) with the estimate and it will send a message to the customer to access their document wallet to sign the form and approve the estimate.
  4. Through a Flow. - You can create a Sales flow to send estimates either stand-alone or to be bundled with a few different options. These include e-sign forms, additional services, calendar bookings, and sales videos.
