Adding new Customers to Booster

There are several ways to get leads /customer profiles into your backoffice.

  1. Lead magnets on your website and or social media. ( links such as the contact form, Damage assessment tool, texting widget, calendars )
  2. Integrations such as DRP Assignments, Shared Damage Tools with dealers, Entegral Data Manager, Phone Booster AI and IVR. These articles can be found under Admin-Integrations.
  3. Manually entering your clients into your dashboard, or uploading an estimate pdf to capture the details.

How to add a new customer manually follow along below.


1. + Add and enter in the customer details. You Must include atleast ome of the following: Email or Phone number.

2. Click Add Customer

Click Add Customer

3. Add repair details (or you can leave them blank

4. Click Save

Click Save


2. Select "+Add." and enter in the cutsomer details

3. Either a phone number or Email address is require (both would be preferred).

4. Click on Add Customer

5. Fill in any repair details available, or leave blank

6. Click on Save

Your customer and repair details are now updated.


To add a customer by uploading an estimate pdf

1. Click on Add

2. Click on Upload Estimate PDF

3. Upload or drag and drop your estimate

4. The customer is now created. If you want to edit the repair details

5. Click on Edit

6. Make any changes and click on Save

Your customer record has been added
