Direct Repair Program
How to get your DRP assignments into BodyShop Booster.
The basic process looks like this.
- Fred gets in an accident, contacts his insurance.
- Insurance assigns the claim to you through Estimating system
- Estimating system notifies you of new DRP assignment via email
- Direct that email to your assignment email address within BodyShop Booster
- BodyShop Booster creates new repair record for Fred
From there, you can create Automations on making first contact with Fred automatically, here's a link to Automations.
You can find your assignment email address in the Admin area, under Integrations > Email. The default will be assignments.yourshortcode@bodyshopmail.com but you can change it if you wish.
Mitchell:
Settings > Notifications > New Assignments. You will want to add your assignment email address as a new recipient - and you will need to repeat this process for all insurance providers you receive DRP assignments from.
CCC:
Unfortunately, this is not a setting you can do yourself, you will need to send an email to CCC's Registration Services Group. Keep in mind that these email notifications can be turned on and off, so you will need to make sure CCC turns this on. Additionally, they can be turned on and off by insurance partner, so you will need to make sure they are turned on for each partner. I've included a template in this document, just make sure to fill out the bolded areas.
