Changing or deleting calendar appointments
To update or delete a customer's calendar appointment, simply click on the calendar view and the appointment to make the edits.
Here is a quick video to walk you through the process.

1. Click on Customer.
2. Click on Repair Record.
3. Click on View Appointment in their message history.
4. Click on the appointment
5. Click on Edit to change the appointment details
6. Click on Date (if you need to change)
7. Click on Time slot (if you need to change)
8. Click on "Location goes here"
This is the address of your shop for google/Apple maps
9. Click on "Description goes here"
Add any special instructions (this is viewed in the google/apple maps notification).
10. Click on Save
11. Click on appointment if you wish to DELETE
12. Click on Delete
13. Type in Cancellation reason
This is visible to customer on their text confirmation
