Rich Email Notifications

To enable rich notifications:

  1. Log in to your account.
    • Access your account using your credentials.

      Navigate to the Admin Panel.

    • Once logged in, locate and click on the 'Admin Panel' option.

      Go to Settings.

    • In the Admin Panel, find and select the 'Settings' section.

      Access Data Controls.

    • Within Settings, scroll down and click on 'Data Controls'.

      Enable Rich Notifications.

    • Under 'Notification Type', toggle the switch to enable rich notifications.

      Enter Your Name.

    • Input your name to complete the configuration process.

Upon completion, rich notifications will be activated for party and customer emails if the respective settings are also enabled.
