Reporting on Multiple Tags

Reporting on Multiple Tags

Overview

You can now include multiple Source, Repair, or Partner tags in a single report.

This new feature allows you to analyze data across multiple tags without running separate reports.

Why This Matters

In the past, you had to generate a separate report for each tag.

Example:

  • 3 dealerships × 3 service writers = 9 different Source tags
  • Before: 9 separate reports
  • Now: All 9 combined into one report

This saves time and provides a complete overview of your referral sources or repair categories — all in one place.

How to Use It

  1. Go to Admin → Reports.
  2. Click the ⚙️ Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Scroll down to Source Codes (or Repair/Partner tags).
  4. Select all the tags you want to include.
  5. Run the report — results for all selected tags will be combined.

💡 Tip: Some repair workers or partners may have multiple tags. This is supported and automatically reflected in your report.

Automate Your Report Delivery

You can have reports automatically emailed to you on a set schedule:

  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Custom intervals

Set this up once and receive your reports without any manual effort.

Example Use Case

If your shop partners with multiple dealerships and service writers:

  • Each service writer can have their own Source tag.
  • Use this feature to see which service writers generate the most referral leads — all in one unified report.
