List View Overview

What is List View?

List View presents your repair records in a clean, filtered list format. It's the same data from your CRM, but organized to help you quickly scan and take action faster.

You can access List View using the List View icon in the top right of your screen, next to Conversation View, Calendar View, and AI Experts. Just click to switch views—no setup required. All your filters carry over between views.

Navigation Tools (Left to Right)

• All List – Displays all active repair records.
• Unread – Filters the list to show only records with unread inbound messages.
• Group by Status – Organizes records by repair status. You can collapse or expand each group.
• Group by Assignee – Groups records by the assigned team member. Collapsible for better organization.
• Decision Needed – Filters for records flagged as needing a decision.
• Search – Quickly find customers, vehicles, or phone numbers.
• Filters – Use advanced filters to refine your list by tag, date, source, and more.

Record Details at a Glance

Each row in the List View represents a single repair record. From left to right, you’ll see:

• Customer & Vehicle Info
• Latest Communication Summary
• Assigned Team Member (editable directly)
• Current Status (editable directly)
• Icons showing attached documents, photos, estimates, e-sign forms, or appointments

Taking Action

Click anywhere in a row (except the Assignee or Status fields) to open the repair record in a side panel that mirrors the CRM layout. From here, you can:

• Send messages
• Share tools
• View or update record details

To exit and return to the list, click the Back button on the far left.
