Common Use Cases

Tags are completely customizable and can be used for whatever matters to your shop. For example:

  • needs-photos
  • waiting-on-parts
  • no-response-48hr
  • total-loss
  • retail or drp

Automating Repair Tags

Tags can be automatically added or removed through your automation logic. For example:

  • When a customer submits photos → Remove needs-photos tag.
  • If no customer response within 48 hours → Add no-response-48hr tag.
  • If a job is marked total loss → Add total-loss tag and trigger a different communication sequence.

This keeps your CRM views accurate and focused on records that need attention.

Using Tags for Filtering and Reporting

You can filter your customer pipeline by tags to quickly:

  • Find jobs missing required info
  • Segment follow-ups
  • Generate custom views or reports

This allows your team to take action faster and stay aligned.
