Status Icons
In this article, we’ll walk you through the latest updates to the status icons in the Bodyshop Booster system. These enhancements include both customizable icons and default status icons, making it easier to track repairs and keep jobs organized at every stage.
- Login as Admin → Click on Statuses → Click on Repair Statuses → view column named “Icon” on All Repair Statuses table
- Login as Admin → Click on Statuses → Click on Repair Statuses → Add Repair Status or edit existing status
- Once in Add Repair Status → Scroll to Status Icon → Choose Icon to represent a status
- Login as CRM user → view:
- Beside the customer name will be the icon which represents where the vehicle's repair status is
- To add a new customer you will see + human icon
- Along the top of a customer panel there is an estimate status bar. This shows where the vehicle is in the status line up and what dates the status are scheduled/actual
- To add a new repair record, click on a customer within who you need to add the new record, you will see a + car icon
