Using templates


Here is a quick video showing how to use templates.


Once your team has set up the canned messages (templates) in your shop and made them available to CRM users, you’ll be ready to use them in customer communications.

Steps to Use Templates:

  1. Select the Communication Mode:
    • Within a customer profile, ensure you’ve selected the appropriate mode (email or text).

      Access Templates:

    • Click the Happy Face icon in the bottom-right corner.
    • Choose the type of template you want to send (Text & Email, Audio, or Video).

      Insert and Edit the Template:

    • Select your desired template and click the PLUS sign to insert it into the communication editor. You can also click on the eyeball icon to view the message.
    • Make any edits to the message if needed.

      Send the Message:

    • Click Send to deliver the message.
