How the Phone Booster AI Functions

Our Phone Booster AI is designed to streamline the repair process for customers, offering efficient support and guidance.

  1. New Repairs

    When customers contact us to start a new repair, our AI can quickly assist by:

    • Sending a link to our Damage Assessment Tool.
    • Sending a link to allow customer to schedule an estimate on the calendar.
    • Connecting customers to towing services or other team members/departments.
    • Providing shop hours, location details, or letting customers leave a message.
  2. Existing Repairs

    If a customer inquires about an ongoing repair, the AI can assess their needs and provide assistance. The customer will be asked to supply their phone number, which is then matched to their repair record in Booster. This allows the AI to add the conversation transcript to their repair file and update them on the current repair status.

Unclear Requests When the AI doesn’t receive enough information or if the customer starts a new repair, it logs the message as a “New Repair.”

  1. General Questions: For inquiries unrelated to an existing repair, the transcript is saved under “General Messages” for your team to review and offer personalized assistance. The team can also move the transcript to an existing repair if needed.
  2. Customizable Prompts

    We can tailor the AI script to include shop-specific details, such as directions, rental car information, or third-party services. Just let us know what information is helpful, and we can adjust the AI accordingly.

Future Enhancements

We’re planning an AI update that will improve features such as time-zone awareness, allowing it to handle different tasks during and after business hours. This upgrade is scheduled for the coming months.
