How the Phone Booster AI functions:

Our first development of the Phone Booster AI was to assist customers with their repair needs.

Our AI is trained to handle scenarios where customers are initiating a new repair. It's designed to quickly provide helpful actions, such as sending customers a link for our Damage Assessment Tool and or scheduling estimates. It can also allow customers to connect with Towing, leave a message for your shop or send customers details on your address and hours of business.

Current limitations with Existing Repairs:

If a customer with an existing repair calls in, and the call is handled by the Phone Booster, the AI is not yet able to determine if the customer wants to start a new repair, get an update on an existing one, or have another question. In these cases, we rely on your experienced team to provide personalized assistance.

In these cases, the AI will send the transcript to General messages of the customers profile, for your team to review the interaction to better understand the specific needs. There will be a message in Yellow if there was an action that could not be taken by the AI.

This will allow the shop to take appropriate actions, like giving updates on repair progress, sending additional links or addressing any other questions customers may have.

Future development plans for AI

We have scheduled a planned update for the Phone Booster AI in the coming months that we hope will address these limitations and allow the transcript and actions to take place in the appropriate repair record without your staff needing. to step in.
