#1 - RVM - sent immediately after the customer is put into Estimate Sent repair status

Record an Audio Ringless video. A quick message thanking them for the opportunity to provide an estimate. ( something to imply time is of the essence, with regards to parts and delivery etc.)


#2 1 Day Text message

Logic -The system will check to see if they are still in the Estimate Sent repair status and send the text. If they have been moved to another repair status these messages will stop.

Hi #First Name, I'm reaching out to follow up on the estimate we provided for your #Model. Do you have any questions or concerns about the estimate? If everything looks good and you're ready to move forward with booking your repairs, please click on the link provided to access our calendar and schedule your appointment. Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with! (Insert link)


#3 2nd Day Text message

Logic- Same as above
