User Notifications set up

To make sure you're notified when customers reach out, it's important to set up your user notifications. You can opt to receive alerts via email, text, and push notifications for various types of updates.

If you're part of a team or have specific assignments, you'll receive notifications for customers within those criteria, for the Repair and Calendar related activities, provided you have the following notifications enabled:

Repair Related notifications

  • A repair record is assigned to you (or your team)
  • Customer Messages
  • Repair Record Activity (Customer)
  • Repair Record Updates (System)

Calendar Related notifications

  • Appintment reminders
  • Appintment cancelation
  • Appintment New booking

Additionally, @mentions will trigger alerts on any record, regardless of the assigned user.


You can also cho0se to MUTE all Notifications by toggling on this button.
