Updating your Shop Profile
In this lesson, we will show you how to make sure your BodyShop Booster account is up to date with the correct details. We will need you to configure your shop profile.
Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. You will need to be in the Admin panel. Click on the downward arrow beside your initials to change settings.
2. Click on Admin
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Business Profile
5. Shop Name - update if needed
5. Short code - choose Edit if you want to change it
6. Make any changes to the name and click save
7. Shop Logo - Drag and/or Drop your logo here
8. Shop Number - add your shop number
9. Main Office Email - update the email address
10. Location - start typing in your address, once it pops up, click on the address
11. Time Zone - choose the correct time zone
12. Opening Hours - Toggle days on/off for your shop. Update the business hours where needed.
Walk through
1. Click on the downward arrow beside your initials to change settings.

3. Click on Profile
PLEASE NOTE: The Profile section is now nested within the Settings section.
4. Shop Name - update if needed
5. Short code - choose edit if you want to change it
6. Make any changes to the name and click save
7. Shop Logo - Drag and/or Drop your logo here
8. Shop Number - add your shop number
We will use this for any call backs on the BSB number that is assigned
9. Main Office Email - update the email address
This is for admin purposes only
10. Location - start typing in your address, once it pops up, click on the address
11. Time Zone - choose the correct time zone
12. Opening Hours - Toggle days on/off for your shop. Update the business hours where needed.
If you do not want customer communication to go out, the day should be turned off.
The hours will also dictate when the customers will get communications.
