Adding a Staff Note

In this lesson, we will walk you through how to add staff notes to customer records.

​Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Click on the customer you wish to leave a comment on. This comment will only be seen by staff users at your shop. The customer will not be able to view it.

2. Click on the applicable Repair Record.

3. Click on the down arrow next to Text message to +1 XXX XXX XXXX

4. Click on Other and select Internal Note.

5. Select Internal note

6. Type your note in the description box.

7. Click on SEND.

8. Your note will show in the history, with (visible only to xxx bodyshop.)
