Using Templates
In this lesson, we will cover how to send a templated response to your customer. Templates are a great time saver for when you find yourself sending the same message to many different customers. You will have templates available to send as text messages, emails, audio clips, or video clips.
Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Click on the customer you want to send a templated message to.
2. Click on the Repair Record if there are multiple.
3. Click on the Templates icon in the bottom right corner of the customer's communication channel.
4. Click on the type of message you want to send. You can send Text messages, Emails, Audio files and Videos.
5. Find the Templated message and click the +
6. The message will show in the box.
7. Click SEND and the message will show up in the history for you and the customer to see.
