Ringless Voicemail
In this lesson, we show you how to send a ringless voicemail to your customers.
Here are the step-by-step instructions:
1. Click on the Customer you want to send a ringless voicemail to.
2. Click on the applicable Repair Record.
3. Click on the paperclip to attach a file.
4. Select Audio.
5. Record your message.
6. Click on the down arrow next to, "Send as audio message link via text" and select, "Ringless Voicemail."
7. Click on Play to hear the message you are going to send.
8. Click SEND.
9. Your message will show in the history for you and the customer to see.
