Texting Basics

In this lesson, we will guide you on how to text with your customers from within the BodyShop booster Application.

​Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Click on the Customer you wish to send a Text message to.

2. This will open that specific customer's records and communication channel. At the bottom of the screen, you can see the number you can text. If you click the down arrow it will open the text number and email address of the customer.

3. It will show what the preferred method of contact is.

4. Type the message in the box.

5. You have the option of attaching files if you click on the file-clip.

6. You can upload files, take a picture with your camera, select a video, record your computer screen and share, or send an audio file.

7. Alternatively, you may wish to delay a message and schedule for a later time or day. Click on the stop watch.

8. Select the day or time and click on SCHEDULE.

9. Finally, you select the SEND button, if you have not SCHEDULED already.
