Search Function
In this lesson, we will show you how to navigate the search function to look up clients, repair records, and more.
1. Click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of your dashboard.
2. The Search window will appear on the right side of your screen. You can start typing and it will find what you type.
3. For example, I typed bugs. Our results show one Customer record. You can click on the record and start working.
4. For another example, I typed Ford. Two Repair records came up with Ford in the record.
5. Finally, I typed in the area code - 208, and several customer records came up. To close the Search function, simply click on the X in the top right corner.
