Repair Records- Uploading estimates to an existing customers to create a Repair Record.

​Follow along instructions:

1. Select a customer.

2. The existing Repair Records will show to the right of the customer. In this example there are 2 records: 2018 GMC Canyon and 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass.

3. To add a new Repair Record, click on + Add.

4. You can upload an estimate to automatically add the repair.

5. Or, you can click: Create the record manually.

6. Fill out the Vehicle Details.

7. Fill out Repair details

8. Fill out Insurance Details

9. You can even fill out the Color details if known.

10. Click on Save and you will have a new Repair Record.

Then you can share the estimate with the customer from within the Document Panel

1. Click on Files in the top right corner.

2. Click on Estimate Files.

3. Click on the Estimate File you wish to view

You can also send the estimate by email from within the documents by clicking on the Share button

4. Type in the email you wish to send the estimate to and hit send
